I noticed in the enrollment form my daughter name is printed wrongly ANJAI SANJAY insted of ANJIA SANJAY. I am not satisfied with your service. I would like to terminate my insurance with you and i request for the refund of amount of 14777 INR.

My policy renewal request is unattended even after policy expiry. I have to keep calling but without response and only bots appear if you call customer service.

User's recommendation: Make insurance with companies that do not involve bots to chat and those who do not pop up 1800 numbers for customer care.

Poor services from TATA AIG represtatives during claim approval. Not given full claim even after requesting and narrating whole situation to TATA AIG representatives and hold me responsible for incident. Unacceptable services such a big brand like TATA.
